Gentle Hypnosis & Healing Through Imagination
In a world that often moves too fast, children sometimes carry more than they know how to express. My one-to-one healing sessions are designed to meet them where they are—with kindness, creativity, and safety at the heart of every moment.
This is not about fixing children. Because children are not broken. This is about gently supporting them to understand themselves—emotionally, energetically, and imaginatively.
🦤 How it Works IN PERSON & PRE- RECORDED
Parent Presence (IN PERSON ONLY): All sessions are in person, with a parent or guardian present. Your presence provides a sense of safety, and you’re always welcome to simply sit nearby in support. From age 12 upwards, if your child wishes to have the session alone, that’s also perfectly welcome—with a parent seated just outside the glass doors for safeguarding.

Pre-Session Audio: A calming bedtime story and mini meditation is provided 7 days before the session, to help your child’s subconscious prepare gently and safely. This becomes part of their evening routine and sets the tone for ease and trust.
A Soothing Setting: Children are welcomed into a cozy, whimsical space with a snuggle chair, soft lighting, fidget toys, and cuddly friends. This setting supports nervous system regulation through comfort and sensory grounding.
The Session: Once your child feels settled and safe, we move into a gentle story-based hypnosis session. These sessions weave relaxation with imagination—supporting emotional awareness, self-regulation, and inner confidence in ways that feel fun and deeply soothing. Sessions can last up to 60 minutes, allowing time to settle, with the hypnosis itself kept short and age-appropriate.
Between Sessions: You will also receive a takeaway meditation to support emotional and mental wellbeing at home. Additional resources and healing bundles are available in the online store for continued support.

Sessions are suitable for ages 5 to 16, and always shaped to suit your child’s developmental stage and emotional needs. After an initial consultation, sessions can be further tailored to support specific goals such as:

Instead of a formal discovery call, I offer something a little more gentle: A personal voice note just for you. This includes all session details, what to expect, and a dose of reassurance to help you feel supported every step of the way.
You’ll also have the chance to share a little about your child beforehand, so I can tailor their experience with care and intention.
