Lelly the Yellow Graffiti Dragon is usually busy filling Snugglewhim Wood with colourful reminders like YOU ARE LOVED, YOU ARE ENOUGH and YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS.
But one day, Lelly feels different.
Her tummy wobbles.
Her chest feels tight.
Her thoughts zoom around.
And she doesn’t know why.
Luckily, Alison the Emotional Tapping Detective and her fluffy Chief Clue Sniffer, Mr Chips, are ready to investigate.
Together they follow the clues Lelly’s body is giving her and discover that feelings don’t have to be pushed away or fixed — sometimes they simply need to be noticed, listened to and met with a little curiosity and kindness.
Along the way, Alison introduces Lelly to gentle EFT tapping, giving children a simple tool they can explore when feelings feel big or wobbly.
