My name is Teresa — The Hatter.

As a single mama to three amazing younglings, four dogs, and two horses, my life is full and beautifully busy.

I write and create healing and wellbeing stories, combining my meditation knowledge and lived experience to create what I hope feels like a magical book experience for you all to enjoy.

Inspired by my children, my own inner child, and my life experience and healing journey, Inner Wonderland was born during our homeschooling chapter and my meditation script writing — and it has continued to evolve ever since into a heart-and-soul-led small business.

It is entirely self-funded and created with deep care.

All digital downloads are available online through the library store, and paperback versions can currently be ordered directly via email rather than the online store (this is temporary).

My name is Teresa — also known as The Hatter.

I am a Meditation Teacher and Nervous System Regulation Practitioner.

My work is rooted in regulation first — creating internal safety before depth. I draw on formal training, lived experience, and a background in healing modalities, psychology, and child development to gently support those who step into this space.

Alongside my practice, I am also the author of healing and wellbeing stories for adults, teens, and children — each one created to support emotional awareness, regulation, and growth through imagination.

You’ll find these stories woven throughout Inner Wonderland, and available within the pages of this website and the online store.

Healing Meditation Sessions
45 Minutes | £50

A gentle, guided story meditation and hypnosis session designed to calm your nervous system and support emotional regulation.

Sessions are available:

• Online (Zoom)
• In person (location details)
• Child, adult, or parent & child

This is not talk therapy.
This is guided nervous system support through story, breath and gentle hypnosis.

If you feel overwhelmed, tense, or simply need a safe place to land, this session is for you.

​​​This 45-minute session combines guided meditation, light hypnotic relaxation, and nervous system regulation practices.

Using a bespoke meditation written and delivered by me, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state to support emotional balance and physical calm.

Sessions may incorporate:

• Trauma-aware relaxation techniques
• Breath and body awareness
• Reiki energy work
• Grounding tools such as crystals
• Gentle sound integration (singing bowls)

The focus is regulation, restoration, and safety.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout.
